            由于受到重大刺激，决心要安心修炼，本人在此正式宣布——我戒网了！从今起，本人不再经常上网。如没有什么特殊情况（此特殊情况包括：重要事情需在线商量，重要文件需要传送，重要资料需要下载等。如有以上情况请先短信通知），否则本人是不会上网的，如发现本人有违反誓言的，请严厉批评！有事请电话、短信联系（本人现在用的这个手机没有静音，最低都是震动，所以无需担心调到静音没人接的问题）！为了保证充足的休息时间，本人手机不会再像以前那样24小时都开机了，开机时间为早上6：00，关机时间为晚上22：30，请有事者掌握好时间，以免误事！！！

    PS：等过段时间，我心情好点了，我会回来的！！！
